1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FirstSeen, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use FirstSeen.

2. What FirstSeen Does

FirstSeen allows users to select YouTube creators, write comments in advance, and authorize FirstSeen to submit those user-written comments when qualifying new uploads are detected.

FirstSeen does not guarantee that your comment will be the first comment, appear before other users, remain visible, or be accepted by YouTube.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google and YouTube accounts and for activity authorized through your account.

You may not use another person's account or authorization without permission.

4. User-Written Comments

You are solely responsible for comments you write, preload, and authorize FirstSeen to submit.

By arming a creator, you are giving FirstSeen permission to submit the exact comment you provided when FirstSeen detects a qualifying new upload.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use FirstSeen to:

• Send spam, scams, deceptive messages, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse another person.
• Coordinate artificial engagement or manipulate platform metrics.
• Repeatedly submit substantially identical comments in an abusive manner.
• Violate YouTube, Google, or other applicable platform policies.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to bypass FirstSeen's security or rate limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt FirstSeen's infrastructure.

6. YouTube and Google

FirstSeen uses Google authentication and the YouTube Data API. Your use of those services remains subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable terms and policies.

YouTube may delay, reject, remove, hide, moderate, or otherwise affect comments submitted through FirstSeen. FirstSeen does not control those decisions.

7. Availability and Performance

FirstSeen is provided on an as-available basis. Detection and comment submission times may vary because of internet conditions, third-party APIs, YouTube processing delays, scheduled checks, outages, or other technical factors.

FirstSeen does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular posting speed.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to FirstSeen when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, third-party platforms, or to address abuse or violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

FirstSeen's name, branding, interface, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain responsibility for and any rights you hold in content you submit through FirstSeen.

10. Disclaimer

FirstSeen is provided without warranties of guaranteed availability, performance, posting position, or compatibility with future changes made by Google or YouTube.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstSeen and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

12. Changes to FirstSeen or These Terms

FirstSeen may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and these Terms may be updated when reasonably necessary. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
